KOSPLUS was incorporated in Malaysia on year 2008 as the sales and marketing arm for Kim Ong Seng Plastic Products Sdn Bhd.

Seng Plastic Products Sdn Bhd was incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies
Act 1965 as a private limited company on the 6th May 2004.
The present
authorized share capital of Kim Ong Seng Plastic Products Sdn Bhd is
RM500,000.00 (Ringgit Malaysia Five Hundred Thousand Only) comprising of RM1.00
each which is RM100,000.00 (Ringgit Malaysia One Hundred Thousand Only)
comprising of four hundred sixty thousand ordinary shares of RM1.00 each have
been issued and fully paid up.
We have just started about 5 years ago. Our
main operation would be injection moulding and subsequently which will follow
up with printing and painting.
